Wild Privet's creamy-white flowers appear in Spring and are loved by the birds and butterflies. Though they are edible to birds etc., the leaves and flowers are harmful if eaten.

It's quite a hardy plant, being tolerant to all soil types- though it cannot be planted in very wet sites.

When your Wild Privet plant is delivered, make sure you plant the bare root as soon as you can. You should not leave it for any longer than a couple of days, or so, and do not let the roots dry out.

These 90/120cm bare root Wild Privet plants have an average growth rate but can grow up to 4m+ tall when planted in good conditions.
